SEAS TECH commissioning team successfully commissioned Bar Mill at Karnatka.
All sizes 25mm,20mm,16mm,12mm & 10mm were rolled sucessfuly.
Customer appreciated work done by team in record time.
Mill is in production from the day it got commissioned.
Challenges During Commissioning
SEAS TECH team studied and went through the existing hardware and utilized maximum available Drive System by doing required changes in configuration.
PLC system upgraded to SIEMENS hardware and by utilizing SEAS TECH automation library mill got commissioned in record time.
