Bar Mill Vizag Project
Since it was challenge to complete all the process and deliver complete system with in 5 weeks of time, SEAS Tech Execution team decided to work at Micro Level.
In Execution Team Members Involved-
Project Coordinator,
Design Executive,
Purchase Executive,
Fabricator,
Testing Team.
Overcoming challenges
With Micro Level Planning Challenges Covered-
Design Team submitted drawings as per Input given by end customer.
Purchase Team received critical BOM in first week and orders were goven to vendors.
Panel GA were approved by customer and submitted to fabricator.
Third Week Customer visited to assess the progress.
Fifth Week in progress & we are ready for dispatch
