Process of implementation
As in Rolling Mill Crop & Cobble Shear 1 is placed at location where it has to cut thicker section.
If cutting is not proper means always vary then it leads to following issue-
1) Yield and Production Loss.
2) Length variation in last bar at cooling bed which some time overshoot or get stuck in between Shear & Tail Brake as a result next billet get cobble.
3) If cut is small sometime it get carried away in pass line and result in cobble.
Picture enclosed is from the site where customer approached us and with our Shear Package we successfully completed the task.

Overcoming challenges
